Jamaican Jerk
Wild Wing Sauce


2 lbs Chicken Wings
1/2 cup butter, melted
1 TB
Signature Spices
Jamaican Jerk Rub
Salt to taste




Sauce:
Mix together the melted butter and Signature Spices
Jamaican Jerk Rub,
and salt, set aside.

Deep fry the chicken wings until crispy.  (Fry only a few at a time to avoid
steaming the chicken.)  Drain the chicken wings on a plate with several
paper towels.  Place the chicken wings in an oven safe bowl.  Toss the wings
with the sauce and place in a warm oven until all the chicken is fried and
ready to serve.
