Cheese Omelet


3 eggs
1/2 tsp Signature Spices Herbes de Provence
salt to taste
2 TB water
1/4 cup shredded white cheddar cheese, or your favorite
1/2 tsp butter


Whisk together the eggs, water, salt and Signature Spices Herbes de Provence.  
Heat a small pan, and melt the butter.  Pour the egg mixture into the pan, and  stir for
3 seconds.  Let the egg set for 1 minute and then lift the edges and tilt pan to allow
liquid to run under the cooked egg.  Sprinkle cheese over the egg and fold.
