Marsala Glazed Ham

1 1/4 cup Marsala or Madeira wine
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 tsp Signature Spices Garam Masala
1 - 10 lb ham
20 whole cloves



Combine first 3  ingredients in a small saucepan and bring to a boil.  Simmer on low to reduce
sauce to 2/3 cups.  Remove from heat.

Score outside of him in a diamond pattern and stud with cloves.  Place ham in a roasting pan
spayed with cooking spray.  Baste ham every 1/2 hour with Marsala mixture, baking for 2 1/2 hours
or until thermometer reads 140 degrees.  Let ham rest outside the oven for 15 minutes before
slicing.
