Indian Shrimp with Yogurt Sauce

1 - 6oz plain yogurt
2 TB cilatro, fresh, chopped
2 tsp oil
1 1/2 tsp garlic, minced
1 1/2 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 1/2 tsp Signature Spices Garam Masala
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp ground red pepper


Add cilantro to yogurt and refrigerate.  

In large skillet add oil and saute garlic  for 1 minute.  Add shrimp and sprinkle with garam masala,
salt and pepper.  Cook until done.  Serve with yogurt sauce over rice.
