Garlic Shrimp Spinach Salad





1 lb. large shrimp, peeled and deveined
1/2 cup butter, melted
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp  
Signature Spices Classic Herb Blend
Shredded fresh spinach
Grated Parmesan cheese

Preheat oven to 350°.  In a 2 quart round casserole, combine shrimp, butter, garlic,
and
Signature Spices Classic Herb Blend.   Bake for 20 minutes until shrimp is
cooked.   Arrange on shredded spinach; sprinkle with cheese.
