Beef Crepe
Crepe batter
1 cup flour
2 cups milk
1 egg
1/2 tsp salt
Mix together until smooth. In a large skillet, sprayed with cooking spray, pour a laddle of the
mixture into the skillet and turn the skillet until the batter thinly covers the bottom. Cook until brown,
then flip and brown on the second side.
Filling
1 lb ground beef
1 TB Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp Signature Spices Classic Herb Blend
1 clove of garlic, minced
1/4 cup seasoned bread crumbs
Mix all the ingredients together in a large bowl. Cook in a skillet until meat is no longer pink. Set
aside.
Remove from the crepe from the pan and fill with the beef filling. Top with lettuce, tomato, onions
and cheese if desired.
