Sesame Chicken with
Hoisin Dipping Sauce

Chicken:
1 lb chicken tenders
¼ cup Hoisin sauce
2 TB sesame seeds



Combine the chicken, Hoisin sauce and sesame seeds in a bowl.  Place on
backing sheet and bake for 20 minutes at 475 degrees or until juices run
clear.  While baking, prepare the dipping sauce.

Dipping Sauce:

¼ tsp Signature Spices Chinese Five Spice
1 ½ tsp chipped, peeled fresh ginger
2 TB chili sauce
1 ½ tsp rice vinegar
2 TB Hoisin sauce

Combine and microwave for 1 minute stirring once.
