Chinese Barbecue Pork

1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup hoisin sauce
3 TB ketchup
3 TB honey
2 tsp garlic, minced
2 tsp fresh ginger, grated
1 tsp dark sesame oil
1/2 tsp Signature Spices Five Spice Powder
2 lb Boneless pork roast
1/2 cup chicken broth


Combine first 8 ingredients in a small bowl.  Place in a zip top bag and add pork to marinate for
2-24 hours in refrigerator.  Place pork and marinate in slow cooker on low for 8 hours.  Remove
pork and cover with foil to keep warm.  Add broth to make a sauce, cook for 30 minutes or until
thickened.  Shred pork and serve with sauce.
