Wild West Meat Loaf




1 1/2 lb. Lean ground chuck
1/2 C. Minced onions
1/2 tsp. Garlic salt
3/4 C. Drained diced tomatoes
3/4 C. Plain bread Crumbs
1 Egg
2 TB
Signature Spices Wild West Chili Seasoning

Sauce

3/4 cup Ketchup
1 TB
Signature Spices Cantina Salsa Seasoning

In a small bowl mix ketchup and Signature Spices Wild West Chili Seasoning
together, then set it aside.

In a large bowl, mix all ingredients together in first list until well blended. Place in a
lightly greased loaf pan and bake at 350° for 45 minutes. Remove from oven and
drain excess grease from pan.  Pour Ketchup mixture over the meatloaf and place
back in the oven for 30 minutes.
