Blackened Catfish



1 ounce salad oil
2 (5 to 8-ounce) catfish fillets
1 tsp
Signature Spices Bayou Blackening Seasoning



Heat a 12-inch cast iron skillet over high heat. When the skillet is hot, add the oil.
Season both sides of each catfish fillet with the blackening seasoning and place in
skillet. Cook fillets for 5 minutes on each side.
