Blackened Burgers
2 lb ground chuck
1 tsp Signature Spices Bayou Blackening Rub
4 hamburger buns, for serving
1 onion, sliced and sautéed
1 green pepper, sliced and sautéed
Preheat an outdoor grill to medium-high. In a large bowl add the ground chuck and
mix in Bayou Blackening Rub. Take about 1 cup of the meat mixture and form it into
patties. When you have them all made, grill them, turning once, until cooked
through, about 8 to 10 minutes total. Serve on hamburger rolls topped with onion
and green peppers.
