London Broil
with African Berber Spice


2 lb London Broil
1 TB
Signature Spices African Berber Spice
1 tsp salt




With a fork, puncture the steak repeatedly on both sides.  On both sides rub in half
the salt, then the
Signature Spices African Berber Spice.  Place in a shallow dish,
cover and refrigerate for 2-24 hours.  

Let stand at room temperature for 30 minutes before grilling.   Grill to your likeness,
and let it rest 5 minutes before carving.  Carve in thin slices across the grain of the
meat.
