Flank Steak with African Berber Spice
1 Beef Flank Steak (1 1/2 - 2 pounds)
1 TB Signature Spices African Berber Spice
Salt to taste
Rub Signature Spices African Berber Spice and Salt onto both sides of the steak.
Cover and refrigerate for several hours, up to 24 hours. Grill until done.
Let steak rest for 5 minutes before thinly slicing across the grain of the steak.
