Grilled Alaskan Salmon Steaks
4 Alaskan salmon steaks
1/4 cup butter, melted
1 TB Signature Spices Beijing Tiger Rub
1 1/2 tsp. soy sauce
1 TB lemon juice
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 small clove garlic, crushed
dash Tabasco sauce
Combine all ingredients except the salmon. Mix well. Brush salmon steaks generously
with mixture. Place on oiled cooking grid over medium heat.
Grill, allowing 10 minutes per inch of thickness or until salmon flakes easily with fork.
Turn once halfway through cooking time. Baste frequently during cooking and once
after taking salmon off grill.
