Oriental Glazed Salmon
3 TB teriyaki sauce
2 TB honey
2 TB fresh lime juice
1 TB honey-Dijon mustard
1 tsp vegetable oil
1/2 tsp Signature Spices Chinese Five Spice powder
1/2 tsp garlic salt
1 TB Signature Spices Beijing Tiger Rub
4 (6-oz.) salmon fillets
Rub both sides of the salmon fillets with Signature Spices Beijing Tiger Rub and
refrigerate for up to 8 hours. In a small bowl, whisk together teriyaki sauce, honey,
lime juice, mustard, oil, Signature Spices Chinese Five Spice powder and garlic
salt. Place salmon on a grill and brush lightly with teriyaki mixture throughout the
cooking time. Brush with remaining glaze before serving.
