Beijing Beef Sandwich
1 lb Roast Beef, cooked & sliced
8 slices of Texas toast
8 slices of Swiss cheese
4 slices of onion
2 TB of teriyaki sauce
1 tsp Signature Spices Beijing Tiger Rub
In a small bowl, mix the teriyaki sauce and Signature Spices Beijing Tiger Rub
together, set it aside.
In a small frying pan sauté the onions until soft, add the roast beef and brown lightly.
Add the teriyaki mixture and coast the meat and onions well. Lay the swiss cheese
on top to melt.
Lightly butter one side of the bread, toast that side lightly in a separate pan. Then
assemble the sandwich.
