Thai Chicken Sticks

1 pound chicken tenders
1 tsp Signature Spices Golden Thai Rub
¼ cup soy sauce






In a bowl, combine the soy sauce and Golden Thai Rub.  Add the chicken
and marinate 15 minutes upto 6 hours.  Soak wooden skewer in water for
20 minutes.  Place chicken on the skewer.  Grill, bake or pan fry until
chicken is done.
