Candied Pecans

1 lb Pecans
1 cup sugar
1 TB
Signature Spices Dutch Apple Pie Spice
1 tsp salt
1 egg white


Beat the egg white until frothy.  Add the pecans and
coat well.  In another bowl mix sugar, salt and Dutch
Apple Pie Spice together.  Pour the sugar mixture
over the pecans and coat well.  Place the pecans on a jelly roll baking sheet.  Bake
at 275 degrees for 45 minutes.  Turn the pecans every 15 minutes during baking.
Remove the pan from the oven and let the pecans cool completely before storing in
an air tight container.
