"I need to make quick and easy meals, so I use the Old
World Greek Seasoning all the time. I use it on everything,
from chicken, to potatoes! It also makes a great salad
dressing."

"My husband doesn't ask what are we having for diner anymore, he
asks "Which of the Signature Spices are we having?" because I
use all of them, all the time. But one of the seasoning that I use
most often is the Herbes de Provence. It adds such a nice flavor to
soups, beef stew, buttered potatoes and especially to grilled
vegetables. Just adding a pinch makes the dish special."

"It's hard to choose a favorite because I like all of the ones I've
used so far. I guess if I would have to choose favorites, they
would be Mandarin Habenero, Sicilian Pasta Seasoning,
Cantina Salsa Seasoning, and Dutch Apple Pie Spice. I love
to sauté bite size pieces of chicken in the Mandarin Habenero
rub, butter & olive oil when I make a chicken salad. It’s so
good I could eat a salad like this every day. “
Vikki, Edmonds, WA
“I love Signature Spices! I'm big on eating salads with
roasted pork tenderloin and soy chicken so I use the spices
for maximum seasoning sensations! My favorite is Sweet
Bourbon Coffee Rub.”
Joan W., Altoona, PA
“These spices are the greatest. I'm especially fond of the
Aztec Rub. I use it on pork as suggested in the Signature
Spices cookbook for Peppered Pork with Orange. It is so
delicious! I've always cooked, but these spices have added
so much flavor to the food I serve. They add a little variety to
what I make. I would recommend them to anyone who wants
to become a better cook or already is a good cook but needs
to "spice it up" a little.”

New wife and mother, just learning to cook
"I'm just learning to cook, and Signature Spices has made it
so easy to make great tasting dishes. I made the best White
Chicken Chili with their Wild West Chili Seasoning. Double
the recipe, it's so good!"
Patsy T., Altoona, PA
“Golden Thai Rub makes the best stir-fry sauce in just five
minutes. I mix it with soy sauce and orange marmalade or
peach preserves, then pour it over cooked chicken and
veggies.”

“One of my favorite Signature Spices is the Sicilian Pasta Seasoning.
It can be used so many ways: in pasta, with Parmesan cheese and
olive oil, in salads, on vegetables. My favorite recipe for this is the
pasta recipe. However, one time I was making salsa, and I thought I
was grabbing the spice you call for in the salsa recipe. But, I got the
Italian Pasta seasoning instead, and didn't realize I was using that. It
made a wonderful salsa...with an Italian flair, LOL.”

"I always need quick and easy meals to serve on nights we
have basket ball, foot ball, dance, soccer - you name it. I can
make barbecued chicken tenders in minutes using Pig
Powder. The kids love them, and it's not processed food."

“I've been a vegetarian for 25 years and needed a way to spice up some of
the imitation veggie patties & burgers. Signature Spices adds flavor to the
rather bland protein products. I try to eat a low carb, high protein diet which
becomes boring after a while, so I use Signature Spices to add variety to my
diet. It’s the best way to add a lot of flavor without the extra calories. A few of
my favorites are Mandarin Habenero Rub and Buffalo Wing Rub.”
