Refunds
Your complete satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any
reason, contact us within 14 days to arrange a refund.
Cancellations must be received before the product is shipped. If you do not contact us before
the product is shipped you will be responsible for all shipping charges.
Shipping
In Stock Merchandise is usually processed and shipped within 3 business days. If for any
reason we can not ship your order within this time frame you will be notified.
All credit card orders are subject to credit approval.
Products are shipped via United Postal Service (UPS) or United States Postal Service. The
United Postal Service (UPS) rate is real time current charges. If you choose to have your
package delivered by the United States Postal Service the following flat rate shipping and
handling charges will be added:

Shipping Claims
We use professional packing materials and techniques to protect the items we ship.
We ship exclusively through recognized parcel carriers. In the rare event that an insured
package is lost or damaged during transportation, we will gladly assist you in processing your
claim with the appropriate parcel carrier. To file a claim, you must contact us with the shipment
information and details regarding the problem you encountered. Claims for lost packages will be
processed only when package tracking indicates that the package was NOT delivered correctly.
International, PO. Boxes, Military
At this time, Signature Spices only ships to physical addresses in the United States, we can not
ship to PO Boxes or international addresses.
Sales Tax
Sales tax in the amount of 6% will be charged and added to the invoice of all Pennsylvania
customers for products that are taxable. Customers in other states are advised to check with the
appropriate state agency to determine sales tax liability and payment.
