Our Beginnings
After having lost two parents to cancer, Donna Osborn, mother of Signature Spices co-founder
Christine Binduga, brought together a group of individuals in 2005 to create the Signature Spices
Relay for Life Team.   Relay for Life is an American Cancer Society event designed to not only raise
funds for cancer programs, but also to celebrate survivorship and remember those lost to cancer.  


Team Mission
Our mission is to raise much needed money to support cancer research and services and to
champion a sense of empowerment to help fight back against cancer.  


2005-2006 Team Stats and Achievements
During our first year, our team’s dedication yielded over $6,000 in funds to support those who have
been affected by cancer.  The team’s dedication was recognized during the 2005-2006 Relay for
Life of Central Blair closing ceremonies where the Signature Spices Team was awarded the Team
Spirit Award, Pack the Stands Award and took third place for the Pacesetter Award.


2006-2007 Team Stats and Achievements
Our second year fundraising efforts to date have raised over $7,000, bringing our two-year total to
more than $13,000.
