Memphis Barbecued Ribs

2 pounds baby back pork ribs
2 TB
Signature Spices Pig Powder
4 TB prepared Barbecue Sauce







Preheat oven to 300°. Rub Signature Spices Pig Powder into both sides of the
ribs.  Wrap ribs in aluminum foil.  Place ribs in a shallow roasting pan.  Cover
and bake for 2 1/2 hours. Remove from oven and cool in refrigerator for 1
hour or more.

Preheat grill for medium heat. Place ribs on grill to warm and browned on both
sides, then glaze both sides with prepared barbecue sauce.
