Herbes de Provence, an essential herb blend in Provençal cooking, and is known for
its complex fragrance and flavor. It is a blend of herbs native to the Provence region in
southern France where the fresh herbs are gathered from the mountain sides to use
in traditional dishes. Crush the dried Herbs in the palm of the hand to release their
flavor.
