Bayou Blackening Rub
This seasoning has a wonderful flavor and makes a great burger! Traditionally used as a spice rub on fish, but will also add Cajun flair to pork, poultry, lamb, steak or vegetables. May be used to blacken meat or used as a dry rub for grilling or broiling. Ingredients: paprika, salt, garlic, pepper, onion, cayenne, and thyme. Sugar free.
