Quick and Easy ideas:
- General Tso's Stir-Fry Sauce- In a saucepan, combine 2 cups apricot
preserves or orange marmalade, 2 tsp Golden Thai Rub, 2 tsp corn starch, and ½ cup soy sauce. Simmer 5 minutes until thickened, stirring frequently. Serve over cooked chicken or vegetables.
- Thai Marinade: Combine 1 tsp and ½ cup of soy sauce. Marinate beef,
chicken or pork a few hours before cooking.
- Stir Fry Sauces: Add 1 tsp to your favorite stir-fry recipes
- Hot and Spicy Dipping Sauce: Combine 1 TB Chinese hot mustard, ¼
cup teriyaki sauce, 1 TB chili garlic sauce and ¼ tsp Golden Thai Rub. Microwave for 1 minute and serve
